Homebuyer Education Workshop
HUD Approved
Rooted Communities is a HUD Approved Housing Counseling Agency and provides an 8-hour homebuyer education workshop to prepare potential homeowners with the information necessary to achieve the dream of homeownership.
Workshop classes are held each month from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm** at:

HUD Guidelines require doors to be locked at 08:15am
Participants must call 941-809-2231 to pre-register.
Must be 18 or over to attend. NO CHILDCARE PROVIDED.
** DUE TO THE INTENSITY/VOLUME OF INFORMATION PRESENTED IN THE CLASSES, WE WILL WORK THROUGH LUNCH AND LUNCH WILL BE PROVIDED.
Water and snacks will be available throughout the day.
